Briana is a passionate and knowledgable Certified Personal Trainer who has been in the fitness industry for over 10 years. Movement is a love of hers that grew from a young age. Beginning with dance, gymnastics, and track. Those activities evolved to boxing, racing events, and various other competitive sports. The love of movement has always allowed her to fully express herself throughout her life. She finds enjoyment in challenging her own strength, and pushing outside her comfort zone, and she is a true athlete at heart.
