KAYLA’S FITNESS RENEWAL
Kayla, a recent college grad, put her health on the back burner while focusing on graduating and starting her new career path. She wanted a different direction to take with her fitness goals, and she needed a coach to jump start a plan that would motivate her and give her structure.
Inspired to learn what type of exercises work best for her body goals, Kayla began a personal training program at Body Shaping Company. Not only was she satisfied by the results she got, she felt she gained the knowledge she needed to support her body better. The added benefit of starting her training program created a positive outlet for managing stress, increased her energy, and gave her the confidence boost she needed to be the best version of herself.
Kayla renewed her focus, developed a positive body image, and learned healthy habits that are sustainable long term. Kayla now feels motivated to see what bigger goals she can accomplish in every other area of her life.
